Welcome to the Dairy Class tailored for students aged 4 to 11. Throughout this session, participants will delve into the various dairy cow breeds, gain insights into a typical day at a dairy farm, and explore the array of products derived from milk. Each student will receive a personalized home-school unit study corresponding to their age, which will be the focus of our classroom activities and can be taken home afterward. Additionally, every child will be provided with our farm pencil and flashcards to enhance their knowledge of dairy breeds.

Engaging activities await the students, including a milking simulation, milk taste testing, butter-making, and an opportunity to interact with our dairy cows. The duration of the class is approximately 120 minutes.

The class location is at the farm: 10758 NE Highway 314, Silver Springs, FL. Parents have the option to drop off their children or stay during the session. Due to limited seating availability, we recommend parents bring beach chairs for their comfort. Carpooling is also encouraged to streamline transportation.

The cost per student is $18.00. Please ensure that your child wears closed-toed shoes, preferably mud boots, for this interactive and educational experience.
