Our Story

We grew up in the big city with the warm sun and beaches as our backyard. To tell you the truth, we never thought we'd end up living the farm life. Following the birth of our youngest, we became fascinated with the idea of owning our own farm. Shortly after, our dream became a reality when we moved across the country and settled in Silver Springs, Florida where Casa De Cruz was born. We started off raising Angus cattle and Heritage breed pigs but after some time we ventured out and bought our first dairy cow. Needless to say, we fell in love and bought some more. Casa de Cruz now raises Brown Swiss and Holstein cows while we continue to raise our pigs seasonally. We love what we do and continue to work hard to bring you real, natural, and organic food, the way it's supposed to be.
