Our Story

We grew up in the bustling city, with sunny skies and sandy beaches as our playground. Honestly, we never imagined we’d trade our flip-flops for rubber boots and embrace the farm life! But after our youngest arrived, the seed of farm ownership was planted in our minds. Before we knew it, we packed our bags and journeyed all the way to Silver Springs, Florida, where Casa De Cruz took root! We kicked things off with some Angus cattle and fancy Heritage pigs, but soon our hearts went moo over our first dairy cow. Spoiler alert: we couldn't stop at one! Now, Casa de Cruz is home to a lovely Brown Swiss and a Holstein Jersey cow, along with our seasonal pig pals and our moody hens. We absolutely adore what we do and pour our hearts into providing you with real, natural, and organic food—just the way Mother Nature intended!
